§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via this website between Web-Beratung & Entwicklung Purin e.U. (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "User").
§ 2 Subject of Contract
The Provider offers an online service for migrating emails between different email servers. The service includes the transfer of emails and optionally the forwarding of new emails.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded through registration on the website and placement of a migration order. Payment of the agreed fee is required before the order is executed.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
The price per migration job is €4.90 including VAT. Payment is processed via the payment provider Mollie. The order is only executed after payment is received.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day right of withdrawal exists in accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). The right of withdrawal expires if the user expressly agrees that the service shall commence before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal. § 6 Service Description
The Provider transfers emails from the source server to the destination server to the best of its technical ability. No guarantee can be given for the complete and error-free transfer of all emails, particularly when server restrictions or connection issues occur.
§ 7 Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for the loss of email data is limited to the amount of the respective order.
§ 8 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Email server access credentials are stored encrypted and deleted after the migration is completed.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
